Monica Dixon

Mrs. Monica Dixon is the Assistant Director of Content Development and Learning Systems for the Life Span Institute, SWIFT Education Center. She is Team Lead for SWIFT's work in Cumberland County (North Carolina) Schools, working to strengthen equity leadership and install MTSS to support all students. Her more than 20 years of leadership experience in Nebraska’s largest urban school district and Ed.S in Superintendency and certification in educational administration prepared her to work collaboratively with educational leadership teams across the nation to transform school cultures and systems.
