Hollie Pettersson

Dr. Hollie Pettersson is the Leadership Development and Research Project Director for the Life Span Institute, SWIFT Education Center. Before joining SWIFT in 2020, she founded a non-profit focused on mitigating opportunity gaps for underserved children and youth, led a team of improvement coaches focused on increasing student learning and growth in historically underperforming schools nationwide, served as the inaugural teaching and learning director for a re-start school district of 34,000 students, led Utah's MTSS efforts for the Utah State Board of Education, served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Utah and Southern Utah University, taught special and general education, and served as a school psychologist. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and M.Ed. degree in Special Education and Leadership.
