Angela Caster

Ms. Angela Caster is the Assistant Director of Alignment, Implementation, and Management for the Life Span Institute, SWIFT Education Center. Prior to her role at SWIFT, she was a Kansas State Trainer with Kansas MTSS and Alignment, Kansas Technical Assistance System and she worked as a school psychologist. She provides technical assistance and professional development for district and school teams. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with distinction from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Masters of Science and Education Specialist degrees in School Psychology, both from The University of Nebraska-Omaha.
