National Technical Assistance Center on Transition for Students and Youth with Disabilities; National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C)

The scope of work associated with the project, The National Technical Assistance Center on Transition (NTACT) will focus on overall oversight and leadership of the project all activities of the PSU subcontract including these additional extension activities not previously included in the subcontract:

1. Coordinate a national Community of Practice with state educational agencies to promote community-based transition program development and enhancements. This effort will include regularly scheduled monthly meetings with SEAs to address critical needs and strategies for supporting states to provide guidance, collaboration and professional development to local educational agencies
2. To support consulting services to provide an evaluation of existing Transition Coalition  online modules for culturally responsive transition planning and services. This evaluation will use an existing culturally responsive transition framework and identify and recommend content to improve existing online modules.
3. To support the overall final evaluation of the NTACT-related activities associated with training and professional development by the Transition Coalition.
