Low GI Intake and Toddler Cognitive Performance: A Clinical Study Proposal
The objective of this project is to determine whether ingestion of a low glycemic-index (GI) food may produce cognitive benefits for preschool children. The specific aim is to assess immediate and intermediate cognitive effects of a low-GI growing-up milk in children between two and four years of age.
