Community Health Assessment for Wyandotte County

This project will implement a comprehensive community health assessment of Wyandotte County, Kansas, that will include: primary and secondary data regarding health status and behaviors; the primary health-related concerns of residents; data regarding the status of health equity among residents; and factors or conditions that contribute to or detract from the health of Wyandotte County residents.
